These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of AI automation and messaging integration services provided by NashBoss Inc (“NashBoss,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

2. Description of Services

NashBoss provides AI-powered automation services that integrate with Meta platforms (including Instagram and Messenger) to perform administrative, messaging, and workflow-related tasks on behalf of clients.

Services are offered exclusively to business clients and are not available for public or consumer use.

3. Client Authorization

By connecting Meta accounts or other platforms, the Client confirms that:

  • They have full authority over the connected accounts

  • They grant NashBoss permission to access and process data as required

  • All integrations comply with Meta Platform Policies and applicable laws

4. AI Limitations

AI-generated responses are automated and may not be error-free. NashBoss does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Clients are responsible for monitoring and approving usage where necessary.

5. Prohibited Use

Clients may not use the services to:

  • Violate Meta policies or applicable laws

  • Send spam, deceptive, or unauthorized messages

  • Engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity

6. Data and Privacy

All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. NashBoss does not claim ownership of client data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as needed for maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NashBoss Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless NashBoss Inc from claims arising out of misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with platform policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
